Following rigorous quality criteria, a careful selection of the materials rescued has been made. The catalogued “products” have been digitalized and incorporated into a multilingual database, which has been constituted and articulated flexibly and solidly. It provides permanent access to interactive visits of an unlimited number of users. It features and exploits resources and innovative techniques of collection, recording, treatment, classification, codification, reproduction and diffusion. The system allows sharing and spreading the cataloguing results. It consists on a web-based research tool, which supports Spanish, French and English languages.

The MSQL database management system language has been used, because of its freeware licence, and its great working capacity. For the same reasons, the research tool has been programmed in PHP language.
